In order to retrieve your vehicle and/or property, you must provide the following – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Before we can release a vehicle we must have all redemption paperwork from our client.
You must be the CURRENT registered owner or Co-Signer of the vehicle in order for
you to take possession of the vehicle or property.
You must have valid government-issued identification.
All charges must be paid in full.
Personal Property and Vehicle Redemption can be recovered with a scheduled appointment Monday-Friday between 10 am – 3 pm. All walk-ins will be asked to leave and will not retrieve any of their belongings at this time. There may be a personal property inventory fee applied to your account.
